it’s a way to accumulate. Someone sells down on low volume days, to scare sellers, then when enough have come on the market selling, the original person starting the scare, buys it all up.
This will get bought up soon, up to 10c and then the repeated pattern happens.
Someone sees future value and is patiently buying.
