From my reading Perpetua's site is an environmentally dirty site last mined for the US govt just for Antony during WW2.
The GOVT funding they have received has more to do with getting approvals and with getting it cleaned (reducing liability) up via new mining by a gold company that is really only thinking of Antimony as a by-product that suits the current economic environment to get said approvals expedited.
It wants the Gold.
The last I read 6 mo. ago they were hoping for cheap GOVT import /export finance which is normally biased towards exports due to Antimony being a strategic metal.
