@heliusuk based on your post the market may still be speculating about the actual impact of restrictions (?)
Last year, fast markets reported a massive 30% demand increase for PV at 50k tonnes. More updated esti susntains that to 68k in 2027- and only 83k tonnes was produced globally in 2023. This means of already accounted for a lot of 2023 production. Haven’t looked into the grade needed for PV, but it seems this market is what’s driving Sb price since 2023 and that has basically gone 2x pretty quickly and not abating.
So whilst military uses are important it appears that industry use is more substantial, something Ron suggested in his presentations
