Given that antimony is a critical mineral, do you think it is a risk that we have given up the right of who we sell the antimony concentrate too? For me, we are less likely to get government funding to bring the mine back online if we don't control who gets our concentrate.

I don't fully understand how the non binding term sheet will work but am assuming that we will still be able to sell the concentrate at agreed/ market rates? If not it seems like we have given away a lot for US8M.

Anyone who is able to provide any more light on how these term sheets would typically work, I'd be grateful.
