I guess I am just surprised a fund that can't outperform the index for 1, 3, 5 and inception is still holding the amount of funds it does. Especially given the fees.
A long short fund isn't bound to hold shorts. I am not sure it can hide behind rising markets as an excuse for poor performance.
As far as I am aware the recent performance of the LIC is mainly due to the buy back strategy.
