You know what, I just watched that this morning myself. What an insight into the mind of a man who has spent his lifetime thinking his people's pain is incomparable with the rest of history. Even when he talked himself into a corner he still reached for the "you're an anti-semite" trump card. Totally ridiculous!
As for Candace, I'm not sure of her real opinion but she does give the strong appearance of someone peeling away the layers to the issues surrounding these incredibly self-centred, unbending people. Perhaps it's all a distraction and she'll start obeying Shapiro at some point. I hope not, we will see.
