"Sure, some Jews do hate other Jews, but that does not involve the irony of Christians hating Jews, seeing that Jesus was himself a Jew."

What of it? Some Jews sided with Hitler. Some Jews betrayed other Jews in WW2. If Jesus was a Jew, it doesn't really mean jack$hit. Christians worship this one individual who was rejected by the Jews. If some of those Christians hate every other Jew, then they really aren't Christian. I see no irony in any of that. Really there is little point you banging on about irony, the Jews rejected the man.

Christians believe that Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father but through Me" yet some of the Jews, who rejected Jesus (and many detest him), promote the notion of shared Judeo-Christian values. That's the only irony as far as I see it.
