No, he didn't make a rhetorical comment. In fact when I asked him about it, he doubled down and confirmed what he was saying. You are such an idiot, someone tells us that they think all Arabs enjoy murder, and you think it is "not necessarily" systematic hatred; conversely I single out specific acts by specific people, and you assume the worst possible interpretation.
