keep in mind it has a market cap of $9million, and now under 1 million in the bank. makes the outcome of the trials extremely binary.
Keep in mind this is only phase 1 trials, so unlikely to illicit a co investor this early even if successful. With ATL1102 they had to get through very expensive phase II trials before finally snearing TEVA, albeit briefly.
