A T/O is not a likely scenario unless & until we are presented with a “substantial holder notification”- either a new one gaining 5% or greater or a % increase applicable to an existing substantial holder. These notifications are required within 5 days of acquisition. Additionally the volumes being manipulated (if that’s what is happening) are hardly significant in the scheme of things.
