Thats incorrect and simplistic view of what a vaccine is. Just making your body make antibodies does not constitute a vaccine. A true vaccine elicits an immune response thats effectively identical as if you got the actual infection by exposing your body to the proteins on the surface of the virus that would trigger an immune response. This is where the problem with mRNA lies, it bypasses the immune response that trains your Tcells and especially Bcells to be able to mount an effective immune response even decades later, the pfizer jab is essentially ineffective after 3-4 months.
In addition studies have clearly shown that the spike protein is toxic in and of itself, and forcing your cells to make spike proteins in order to produce antibodies is potentially life threatening as the spike proteins block an antoclotting pathway and make you susceptible to blood clots.
and furthermore other studies have compared the antibodies in the blood of people who have had other coronavirus infections (other than covid-19) and found that the natural immune response of humans to coronaviruses does NOT target the spike protein (yes all coronaviruses have the spike protein), so forcing your body to make antibodies toward a component of the virus that it otherwise would not, again is contrary to what a vaccine does in every other instance, which is elicit an immune response with lasting immunity, and thats why natural immunity is way more effective and why again pfizer isnt a vaccine
