Anti -vaxxers seem to me to be a mix of elitists and racists , who pray on the less privileged , when the measles epidemic hit NZ there were few if any deaths of those infected as the hospitals had the technology and expertise to facilitate patient recovery.
Not so in Samoa a third world country with a mainly indigenous Polynesian population where anti vaxxers spread their misinformation , once infected the survival rate is far lower due to the poor medical facilities and lack of expertise.
