    so what do you think is keeping the infection numbers down so low in NSW and no longer rising rapidly in Vic?.....

    what is keeping the number of infected people out of hospital and preventing so many infected from dying?

    The Vaccine, with over 85% d.dosed, has prevented the infection spread from rocketing and kept many people out of hospital.
