This is simply great news.
They have bought in a highly credible partner with big pockets and global expertise. They have done a fantastic deal in troubled times, that goes to show not only the prospectivity of the gound, but the quality of Encounter's management and exploration ability.
This deal has de-risked this company from a drip-feed of dilution, and will free them up to do what they do best - find metal.
Any slight positive in the upcoming drill results and this thing goes mad imo...
