Article 73
Members of the United Nations which have or assume responsibilities for the administration of territories whose peoples have not yet attained a full measure of self-government recognize the principle that the interests of the inhabitants of these territories are paramount, and accept as a sacred trust the obligation to promote to the utmost, within the system of international peace and security established by the present Charter, the well-being of the inhabitants of these territories,

"A long line of blocked relief trucks on Egypt's side of the border with the Gaza Strip is a moral outrage, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said on Saturday.During a visit to the Rafah crossing, Mr Guterres said it was time for Israel to provide an "ironclad commitment" to unfettered access to humanitarian goods throughout Gaza.
He also called for the release of Israeli hostages held in Gaza.
The UN would continue to work with Egypt to "streamline" the flow of aid into Gaza, Mr Guterres said.
"Here from this crossing, we see the heartbreak and heartlessness of it all," he said.
A long line of blocked relief trucks on one side of the gates, the long shadow of starvation on the other. That is more than tragic. It is a moral outrage."
Ironically, for a lot of posters in Hotcopper the UN is an organization aiming at assisting the Jewish people to fulfill its ambition at gaining absolute control over the world.
