what IP? which patent?
I'll bite if there is a reason because if I can buy at 0.2 to 0.3c and sell at 0.5c that is a great return.
they have very limited cash, no inventory (!), or other assets. they lose $3m a year and haven't had a single real sale (total sales are under 10% of costs i think) since the founder left. if they don't end up in debt I think the shell could justify 0.2c a share. maybe more?
you'd think if anyone really wanted them they would have spent the $3m and taken them over already.
