    If a cop pulls you up and says I am commendering this vehicle, are you then responsible for their actions. No way. If you refuse - are you obstructing the course of justice - hell yes.

    As if any court in the world could prove intent on the basis that a company providing logistical assistance for a recognised government to quell an "uprising" was quilty of a crime - then every company in the world should be nervous
