ANW - Chart + FA, page-16

Ok so i have taken it upon myself to get a functional knowledge of charting beyond that of support and resistance levels.

now i'm just tinkering around and googling definitions at this point, but looking at the chart with my limited understanding and knowing that no single indicator can be taken in isolation.... but i'm looking at the WMA, bollinger bands and the OBV which are all converging with a slight incline on the OBV.... now what to make of this i don't know... think i'll need to some hard lessons from capt. hindsight before i'll interpret this properly but any thoughts. So i suppose my question is... is this convergence a thing.
