Good Afternoon All,
I move for the call of an EGM, proposing a vote on the resolutions set out in the orinigal letter previously sent to management. Moreover, to call the EGM prior to allowing more funds to dilute our positions and be squandered. The previous proposed resolutions were to the effect of:
- Removal of the board and appointment of the auditor as interim board until new members are found.
- Immediate cessation of shares for management fees.
- Immediate review and reduction of all Executive remuneration.
