Its quite simple, they ran out of money as they missed another timeline... they would of budgeted for cash flow now but it didn't happen... so they have to offer stupidly cheap shares just to pay the rent!!!! basically living on a credit card with no fiscal management...
DGR would not be happy with this, I think they might even crack PW for us.... I think DGR will want to hit 19.9% of the company b4 they let us go!!!
