Reading the term sheet for the CR, the discount is just over 21% and is fairly standard for junior mining CR. 20-30% happens all the time.
What you also have to consider is that there is a finite depth of the capital market able to absorb CRs at any one time. So timing is important to tap into cash available (or miss out if not done well)
