"She said shareholders would now turn there efforts towards ousting the board members they believed responsible for driving the proposed listing at an extra ordinary meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 8.
The shareholders have lodged a 249D notice to remove chairman Neil Warburton, Michael Woolley and Evan Davies from the board.
"This (the listing withdrawal) does not sanitise their efforts," she said.
