" accelerate key projects " ?
Nothing has changed to indicate acceleration. They haven't got their mine and processing plant that they've had for 3 years fully functioning, with no sales yet.
They haven't started on the first 50,000 tonne initial Taronga treatment yet which requires the development of roads, mine, waste disposal before they can consider how to process the ore.
They have just completed drilling at Mt Cobalt/Pembroke.
How far is another $1m going to go ? considering they have already stated in the website update that financing of Taronga from Granville will be in the second half of the year.

Seems to me the best key project they could accelerate is a takeover, JV or sale of Mt Cobalt/Pembroke but they haven't indicated that any of these are on the agenda.

Give them more time ? Certainly,on a personnel level another month or so, or until some sort of exit price.
Any actual action against the board is for the longterms, but next ann. should hopefully clarify that.
