Hey all

When in negotiations I make it a rule to say no to the 1st offer and wait for the 2nd offer before I will talk actual $.

Maybe, I am getting old, perhaps the current market drama is making me nervous (not!) or just maybe I have a soft spot for the hardworking gang at ESG that have made it their sole purpose to build my wealth through their hard endeavours, I would like to see them move onto their new lives with no extra baggage.

Well....I will vote YES on 28 October, if you don't have the funds to make a cash offer, ok. I will accept 1 STO share for every 6 ESG shares I hold and am happy to join the STO train(s) and share the wealth that comes from the ESG assets in the future.

There ya go, no unpleasantries, no action from any of the class, bygones will be bygones and I will bring the sandwiches and coffee on the 28th.

Now go away and sort it out and direct your energies there where they should be...very simple.

It will all just go away in a puff of smoke just like that :)
