Agree very much this is a clayton's story.
Firth nonetheless made a valid point that the Sundance acquisition is STRATEGICALLY important to China. They can't walk away....
Another clue IMO is unless there is a real prospect of a counter-bid, there probably would be no need for the sp to be manipulated to this low.
