Would be nice to know whether the delay in obtaining a mining license is a result of;
1/ Having to submit revised ESIA and DFS plans
2/ As a result of the Namibian government not feeling confident of BMN's ability to raise funds for a mine
3/ The Namibian government wanting to award the next mining license to EXT, given the size and grade of the mine and a higher probability of funding the mine. In addition, the namibian government will reap greater benfits financially from an EXT mine than from a BMN mine.
