drwyas, yeh sorry, I missed that notice.
Seems Baldwin went under the 5% Sub Sh back in July.
So we will not know whether she has unloaded any further shares - unless someone wants to inspect the share register.
The 1% issue relates to Sub s/h - I think a Sub s/h only needs to amend his s/h if his holding varies by 1% (of totlal share capital) within a certain period.
