Yes my first thought was just pay off the remainder and save in the long term but then I just saw that cash flow was gone for good. Still thinking about borrowing against the house for the odd little investment property down the track but yet positively geared with a 40% deposit so have some learning to do. I appreciate the advice just thought the $ needed a greater plan.
