..that's a sterling idea, sirdean, to send management an email with all relevant questions before the meeting leaves them no excuse not to be prepared to answer those questions...so think that within next few days we should ready the list and present them to management via email....just need to nominate one of us to type and sent the email and have a copy with us at the meeting...for the ones who are attending meeting.....let's keep it going then...cheers
