There was question from the floor based on the timeline presented. Construction to commence march2010. The query or statement was basically that they couldnt see how construction could commence the day after finance was obtained.If it took until march to lock in a deal then surely there would be a lag time before construction would start. The response from Charles was that before final signatures went on any finance deal, they would have some idea leading upto this point and could essentially start the order of long lead time items etc.
So it would appear to me we are going to probably get some sort of hint of finance deal, via share price movement, once the troops start moving in the background.
