Putting the merits of Prima to one side, I would urge caution in expecting major announcements of commercial deals any time soon.
While this is always a slight probability, even if Rogers were getting good traction with major partners the timeframe for getting a deal inked is typically many multiples of the attention span of a trader. It could easily take 12 months from initial discussion to agreeing a pathway forwards.
And that ignores the issues around short patent life and limited data availability at this stage.
What announcements do others expect in the next month or two? [other than news of the SPP takeup of course]
