He is belting out a Morningstar opinion on NOR while. conveniently ignoring Morningstar opinion on PIL.
NOR has been pumped and dumped so many times it was directed to a shelter for the abused and since gone under a consolidation in order to resurrect its abused existence.
Morningstar from memory has 2c on PIL but wouldn't be too fussed on its opinion.
getting closer to trading again fingers crossed it's with a positive.
