they have some good points and points that should not be just ignored. IMO the Kains should do what they do best and an experienced board should be engaged to get the most traction out of this. IMO the lack of managerial/entrepreneurial expertise has held the company back as well - and should be addressed ASAP. so @discovery4 comments should not be glossed over. lack of managerial expertise IMO is a great setback for the stock - notwithstanding that they are damn good at what their area of expertise is - just that management/deal closures not one of them given track record to date.
