Just wondering if any of you have any experiences you might not have enjoyed with paypal?
I have recently sold something to someone in Malaysia and she wants to pay by paypal. I am required to pay money to a shipping agent before paypal will release the total amount she has supposedly paid into my account, which includes the shipping fee.
Is this normal, or is this some sort of scam?? Sounds like a weird means of operation??
