I have used pay pal a lot for both domestic and international purchases. To date I have had no problems with pay pal, though I was caught out once by a scam seller. Pay pal would have covered me but the con artist kept giving me perfectly reasonable excuses for why the product had not yet arrived (sounds like a few stocks I know). After thirty days had run out Pay pals guarantee did also and it was too late to claim. Not so much how you buy, but who you buy from.
