How do you know this for sure (we all believe this would have been the case - even sooner), but what is your source? YOu used the word "certainly". Who are the intersted parties? Who told you that they certainly received equiries? The market has recieved no such information other than what's in their announcements - and their announcements have repeatedly been shown to be some distance from the truth. So whats your source and who are the interssted parties?
