    You're not missing anything firthy. The fact that Blackrock has been buying VBA (and as firthy indicated 23m or 1% of the company)at between 60c and 75c tells me that their expecting a share price above $1. Which based on Friday's close means at least another 36% upside. And IMO I dont think we'll have to wait long for the 36%. The story keeps getting better.
