I doubt it very much. Quite the contrary, we should find out at the beginning of April how much Government business QAN lost and VBA picked up. And do you think after the recent mid year results VBA would come out with any bad news. If they did, Im sure some regulator would be asking questions. I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure the share price has been driven on relatively low volume. Nothings changed on my checklist, still heading to a $1 by midyear.
