RNT, only one open to private landlords as 46% properties managed privately.
It offers some unique service like RentBond. It likes renters and landlords, cutting letting fees etc.
Good marketing strategy, IMO.
What barriers stopping RNT to enter sale market?
I would say there is no barrier to stop RNT to enter sale market.
Once web infrastructure has been up and run for a while, it would be good to set up another housesales.com.au alike to list sale properties.
