IMO....
There is not now, nor will there ever be, an intention to enter into the home sales arena.
1st we will become the home for renters.
Secondly we will become the home for commercial leasing ( through our other owned domain - lease.com.au).
Then, after positive cashflows and well developed organic growth and profits, the owned domain of rent.asia which was aquired through tender, will be put into action.
No need for home sales, plenty of potential profits in our niche market.
