Hi I have just read the Prospectus for Ramelius Beaches Gold Float of all their mining assets . In my opinion Beach Shareholders should have been GIVEN some shares or options as a distribution before the prospectus as this was an asset owned by shareholders . It would appear that the Directors believed that they had a Priority to some as there are some 5.5 million shares issued to Directors . I can not see where they have PAID FOR THEM . I may E Mail this to them to see their reply Towie
