I use Bell Direct.
If you want to see live trades going through you can type the ASX symbol in the top left box on the main page & hit enter which will take you to that company page. Now you can click "todays trades" down under the chart & you can see each trade as it goes through but you must refresh it manually all the time. You still wont see buy/sell orders though which would be important to you if you're trading rather than investing.
If you trade lots it may be worth the $10 per month since the savings you would make on $15 trades would soon outweigh trading expenses with other online brokers but there is a way around the fees though.
Commsec offer it all for nothing so you can simply open an account with them for that.
