Funding

" Following the successful completion of a Share Purchase Plan in July 2019 which raised
$5.8 million, the Company’s presently proposed activities are funded beyond the current
financial year. In addition, Australian Mines continues to reduce its corporate overheads as
the Company prioritises offtake and project financing activities. As a result, subject to
commencing any new pre-construction capital works, or the Company varying the scope /
nature of any currently proposed exploration programs or other such activities, the board has
no intention at this time to raise or re-organise its capital during the current financial year. "
