This project sell down and/or POSCO deal is taking its sweet time. The POSCO JV looks to be a done deal, but, without the sell down or terms well in PLS’s favour, I can’t see how this is going to play out without a huge CR.
I’d be surprised if our BoD pull this off during the current quarter, I’m thinking they need a big, as already promised, Oct to Dec quarter which will set things up for decisions early in the new year.
