AMB Holdings is the Bennett family's private investment vehicle. Remember back last year, Angela Bennett won a 9 year court battle against Gina Rinehart for her 25% stake in the Rhodes Ridge tenements in the Pilbara. Rhodes Ridge is one of the largest undeveloped Iron Ore resources in Australia which is thought to hold over 2 billion tonnes of high grade ore.
I believe Angela Bennett and her brother now own 50% with Rio Tinto holding the other 50%.
Maybe ECE will change name and develop a JV with Rio??
