Agree that the latest performance shares agreed to in the AGM are bad.
We voted them down.
But I don't think the proportional takeover provision is redundant, as we still get to vote on any such takeover.
So if there is an off market offer to those 4 people, there will have to be a shareholder vote to allow that offer to be accepted. Which also gives us all time to consider our positions.
At least that is my understanding or how things would play out.
