I would say that you can trust management, and that it is worth a lot more than the current SP. Main reason that I have confidence in the management is that in the past they have always run a good ship, the current problems are with projects acquired through an acquisition (they probably need to tighten up on their due diligence with acquisitions and will no doubt have learnt that), they have made changes in management as a result of the problems, and they have negotiated a good deal with ANZ to resolve their short term financing problems - a deal that was far better than what many were expecting.
