Any Cantrixil Updates/Info?

The web site states that the company will be able to report the Maximum Tolerated Dose from the Phase I testing in the first quarter 2018. And further “it is anticipated that exploratory efficacy data from the additional patients will be available later in calendar 2018.”

Also in August the CEO stated they were pleased with the progress to date in the Phase I study. I wonder what “pleased” meant? I wonder if it included efficacy info/data. Did it mean the drug is working, or just that the dosing regimen is progressing? Any info/insights here?

Is it likely that a positive MTD report will move the needle? Any info on the actual report date, or when the efficacy data will be reported upon beyond just later in 2018? Thanks for any information.
