Jovann if they enact a full 100% merger of the two companies, AustInd share holders will be issued an amount of equity in NSL in consideration for their Austind equity.
The previously stated capital rasings at 3c will be voided, and a new agreement will be struck. IMO
As we do not know what AustInd's value is, it is hard to predict how many NSL shares this will be.
Also, we cannot predict at what price they will be issued at.
Upon announcement of a merger, IF it happens, any decisions made my management will need to be ratified by the shareholders.
