I’m sure there are a few people on this forum who could provide some detailed analysis, but based upon the enterprise value of the companies upgraded 1,153 petajules, you could loosely assume a 1.5-2.5billion value. So if current market cap is 200mil, you could assume a buy out offer in the range of $2-$4 per share.
Obviously there is ia huge amount more that gets considered, but IMO you would potentially be looking at dollars per share. The fact that LCK has some “cashed up” prospectives for JV speaks well for the long term outlook for shareholders, either through buyout or JV.
